PS4 Sales Cross 60 Million Mark, Sony Teases VR Games at E3 2017

The C Times, 13th June 2017, Agartala: The Sony Company showcases the upcoming Japanese giant Playstation Games along with an emphasis on VR (Virtual Reality) at E3 2017 which gave the world a look. The company also made an announcement of the major milestone of the upcoming iconic game console that has crossed over 60 million sales mark, according to the reports.

The Sony Company also reveals that as of June 11, 2017, it has more than 487.8 million games sales both physical and digital. The company also says that there are more than 70 million active users as of March 2017 as well as reveals that it has more than 26 million subscribers to paid PlayStation Plus.

It is also revealed that as of March 2017, the users of PlayStation4 spend more than 600 million hours weekly basis as shared by the Sony Company which is quite impressive.

The Sony Company as mentioned in the above teased some of the upcoming PlayStation games at E3 2017 with the titles of both first and third party like –

  1. God of War – The PlayStation game ‘God of War’ a soft reboot of the shifts and series that focus towards Norse Mythology is likely to launch the early next year 2018.
  2. Spider-Man – Spider-Man will be also Sony’s exclusive PS4 which has been teased at E3 2017 is expected to be launched by the mid-2018 next year.
  3. Uncharted: Lost Legacy – The Uncharted Saga is the next chapter set in India which is all set to be released on August 22, 2017.
  4. VR Games –Sony has showcased several upcoming VR games at the E3 2017 event as well as made an announcement that the Company has sold more than one million PlayStation VR headsets so far.

According to the sources, it is also revealed the company has also showcased at the E3 2017 event the VR content called Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Not only that, the company also displays a trailer for the upcoming VR spin-off of Final Fantasy XV called Monster of the Deep, a trailer for a VR-enabled sci-fi side scrolled called Star Child, and trailer for the upcoming VR first person shooter called Bravo Team.
