Two-day CPIM state committee meeting would be aboriginal in the party headquarters here on 30 July next to stimulate organizational and electoral plan of action in the context of upcoming assembly elections slated to come off in February next year and new-found combativeness of BJP.
The meeting concludes connotation in view of the recently achieved politburo meeting as well as the central committee meeting held in Delhi.
An energetic report on the state’s political sequence of events including BJP sudden rise was placed in the party’s central committee meeting. Besides, discussion on the report, party state unit secretary Bijan Dhar has specially mentioned the saffron surge in the poll bound state.
In the state committee meeting, members will be briefed about the proceeding in the just concluded meeting of the politburo and central committee. Apart from this, the party state committee will take a detailed stock of the situation prevailing the state in view of BJP’s overzealous organizational dynamism and IPFT’s move to bring about an indigenous dissemination on the demand for the separate Twipraland state.
The state party unit was exhorted to intensify a campaign to reach out the people that will prove handy to foil BJP’s attempt to dislodge the CPIM led government.
Sources said that the state committee will elaborate an encyclopaedic strategy to deal with the materializing new situation through political controversy and awareness campaign.
